Introduction
Do you have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to the elderly and individuals with disabilities? AICE’s Certificate III in Individual Support equips students with the essential skills required to pursue a career in the disability support sector, aged care, community care, and home care environments. At AICE, we support students from the moment they enroll until they complete their training, providing practical demonstrations from our expert trainers, who prepare you for success in your new profession.
In this program, students will acquire the skills necessary to deliver client-centered care that emphasizes the significance of empowerment throughout the care journey. Living with a disability can present numerous challenges, and support workers are vital to enhancing the quality of life for many Australians on a daily basis.
